With this complete service, Jetpets takes care of all the arrangements

• Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary, detailed information about your destinations quarantine and customs requirements and advice about any vaccinations your pet may require – they can even arrange for the Jetpets Vet to visit your home and give you pet any vaccinations they need.
• On the day of departure our specially fitted and air-conditioned Pet Shuttle collects your pet from your home and transports them to the Jetpets Transit Lounge
• In the Transit Lounge, the Jetpets Vet gives them a quick check-up to ensure they’re fit to travel
• Your Pet Travel Consultant checks their flights are on time, prior to the Pet Shuttle transporting them to the airport and checking them in with the airline
• Once they’ve cleared quarantine at your destination, a Jetpets representative collects your pet and delivers them where and when you want, in a safe and comfy pet shuttle. If need be, we can even arrange pet motel accommodation.
