  Pets: Crates
At Jet Pets we manufacture our own air kennels for international travel, which are approved by the International Air Transport Association. We use superior construction materials and your pets have access to water at all times in transit. Our design ensures your pet is always comfortable, and absolutely secure. We will advise you of the correct crate size for your pet, and build the crate accordingly.

We also stock a complete range of plastic air kennels in standard crate sizes. These containers are ideal for those you intending to transport your pet on future journeys. They are made from high density plastic with steel doors and secure locking. They are IATA approved and extremely durable.



For interstate travel you may choose to rent one of our hire crates. In this case a clean and disinfected crate is supplied.

Jet Pets will provide a crate tagged and waiting at the airport of departure. On arrival at your destination, you simply take your pet out and leave the crate for one of the Jet Pets staff to collect.




How To Measure Your Dog For An Air Shipping Kennel.

  1. Measure tip of nose to the root of the dog's tail.
    (Do not include the tail).
  2. Measure from the ground to the top of the dog's head, with the dog in a standing position.
  3. Measure the width across the dog's shoulders.
