As a Jetpets customer, you will be assigned a dedicated Personal Pet Travel Consultant, who will take care of all the details – making everything simple and straightforward for you. They’ll put together a comprehensive travel itinerary based upon your timing, budget, and unique needs. They’ll also provide you with:

• The most direct flights, with the fastest connections
• Full documentation including your pet's travel itinerary,
• Information on getting your pet cleared through quarantine and customs.
• A 24hr contact number throughout the entire move so you know where your pet is at all times.

Jetpets Vet

The Jetpets Vet is on call to make sure your pet is fit to travel and stays happy and healthy throughout the journey.

The Jetpets vet

• Has vast experience in pet travel processes.
• Can give you advice on quarantine conditions.
• Can arrange all the government documentation.
• Ensures your pet meets all veterinary requirements.
• Will advise you of any precautions you need to take, or vaccinations your pet may need. Checks and vaccinations can be arranged for you – at home if you wish.
