Hi Natalie,
We would like to say how absolutely delighted we are with the service we received from Jetpets and your partners in Manchester, UK. We were impressed with the whole arrangement from when our cat, Sammy, had boarded with you for a few days prior to hopping on board 2 flights from Sydney to Manchester. The crate and mat that were provided were of excellent standard, along with the re-fillable water bowls.
Our cat is now happy in her new home in England and we will be sure to recommend Jetpets for any pet owners who are thinking of having their pets do the long haul across the globe.
We can't thank you enough for your professionalism and understanding of our needs for our cat.

PS. In the first photo, she kept sleeping under our bed covers, as she had shed her winter coat in Australia and so it was slightly cold for her in England to begin with. She's adjusted now and it's nice that she's not malting at the moment.

Herbie

Hi Melanie, Sorry it took me a couple days to get back to you. I was traveling last week. Herbie is settling in well. The weather has been dreadful here, but we're taking it all in stride. We are still in DC with my sister, and he's really enjoying her kids. He chases them around the house and tickles them with his nose. It's so cute! Anyway, thanks again for all you did to make sure that Herbie arrived safely. I am really pleased that I went with JetPets and that you were his agent You are fantastic, and I know all of your future customers will think so, too! I have tried taking pictures of Herbie, but he starts looking away or looking very serious as soon as I get my phone out. I've attached a little collage of the few we have gotten though. Hi Nicole,

Thank you so much for all of your help with their move, it certainly was a stressful time for Russ and myself but the Jetpets team made it 100% easier. We would especially like to thank the driver who dropped off their crates and picked them up, he was so friendly and reassuring and you can tell he loves his job (so sorry I have forgotten his name).

The boys arrived here in Eindhoven healthy and were so excited to see us once they realized where they were.

We will certainly use Jetpets for our trip home to Australia.

Bella and Bailey

Hi Natalie! I hope and the JetPets team are well. I'm sorry it's taken so long for this update, I have had several issues settling in the UK, and the lack of internet was one of them! I wanted to thank you and the team again for helping me relocate my furkids to London from Adelaide. Given the sudden change in immigration laws over the Christmas break, I was extremely grateful for the extra mile your team went to ensure Bella and Bailey's arrival, even if it was 2 weeks ahead of schedule! When I picked Bella and Bailey up from Heathrow, I couldn't believe what good spirits and condition they were in - Bella was purring all the way to our new home! We have happily settled into our London life, and they are enjoying their views from the second story flat. I've included some photos of them settling in 🙂 Thank you to JetPets!
