 DO NOT feed your pet too much prior to departure. Remember we supply water in our air kennels. exercise your pet prior to the trip.
DO get your pet used to the air kennel if possible, and include a small familiar toy for the travel.
DO NOT sedate your pet, unless it is absolutely necessary.
DO advise us of any special requirements for your pet.
DO have your pets ready for pick-up time.
DO keep your cat indoors for 24 hours on the arrival at your new home.
