Hi Nikkie, We hope this email finds you well and having a great week. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself and all the guys at Jetpets involved with Eddie and Jess's trip to Japan. Gemma and Margaret in Brisbane along with Brett and the guys in Sydney were awesome, the care and support is second to none and we are so glad we found you to help us and our fur kids make the biggest trip of their lives. Eddie and Jess arrived in perfect condition and are settling into their new home already, they are loving Japanese food! He arrived yesterday and though there were a few process hiccups to get him through on this side (nothing to do with you guys) we managed to bring him home yesterday.
