Chaela

Hi Kathy, Chaela has arrived safely and is settling in well with her new pack member (my 5-yo yorkie in Singapore, Chloe)! She arrived surprisingly clean and we couldn't be happier about that! Here are some photos of her and Chloe after giving her a wipe and brush (and a bit if dressing up XD) and being introduced to their new stroller. 🙂 Thank you so much for your service! Rosie and Murphy

Hi Kathy, I just got your email. We are all completely settled in already. I can't believe how quickly the pups adjusted. Thank you for making everything so easy for us, Kathy. I must make special commendation to the guy that picked up Rosie and Murphy (I think his name was Mike?). He was so gentle with them and as I arrived he was walking Murphy around the car so he could have a toilet break. He was patient with us and also packed down the boxes. So personable and an utter RELIEF to know that my pets were in someone like his hands when they touched down. My husband Andrew also said that the person collecting Rosie and Murphy from Jetpets in Melbourne was also very gentle and warm. This is so important. I guess I don't need to tell you that - You already know ;o) Anyway, thank you. Here is a picture of Murphy and Rosie in the car this morning at the collection just after they had a drink and some food. Rosie has also already done some laps in the pool. She has early stages of arthritis so this weather in LA is perfect for aqua therapy. I will send a pool picture soon. Thanks again, Alethea.

Divine

Hey Andrea! Thank you very much for the service, Divine's arrived happy, I picked her up to the airport, I don't know who was the happiest one, Divine or us? But anyway she's in my mountain now running into the rivers or after cows. I wish you a great day. Kind regards Jed

Samson

Hello Nicole,   Sorry for answering you this late.   I would like to thank you and Jetpets for your excellent service. I won't be hesitant to recommend Jetpets to any of my friends in the future. I am so happy to have Samson travel with your company and really appreciate your dedication and patience. Jetpets Sydney took very good care of Samson, they also put a piece of woolen blanket in her cage, which was really heartwarming.   Samson is trying to settle in her new home. She barely ate or drink on the first few days but has already started to eat now. Samson is a little bit picky on food since she doesn't eat cat food from Vietnam so we asked our friends to send us some cat food from Sydney. I also adopt a kitten to keep Samson company. The kitten loves playing with Samson because Samson resembles the kitten's mother, I guess haha. Ann.

Kona
