Meet Shayna Jack’s Furbaby, Willa

One of our recent special travellers was Willa, the gorgeous six-year-old Alaskan Malamute cross German Shepherd belonging to Australian Olympic swimmer Shayna Jack!
Willa’s Special Journey with Jetpets
With Shayna getting ready for her wedding in Brisbane, she wanted to make sure Willa could be part of this exciting chapter. Jetpets helped organise Willa’s journey across the country from Perth to Brisbane.
We know how important it is to have your furry best friend included in those special memories, and Willa’s trip was a lovely reminder of just how much our pets mean to us. They’re there through so many stages of life, so being able to include them in big celebrations makes those moments even more meaningful.
And the adventure didn’t end in Brisbane! After the wedding, Willa was also set to travel to Townsville, with Jetpets helping coordinate her journey for this next part of the trip.
From Perth to Brisbane and then on to Townsville, Willa had two special journeys ahead of her, and we were so happy to help make the arrangements so she could be included in this exciting time for her family.
A Little About Shayna Jack
Shayna Jack is an Australian Olympic swimmer and two-time Olympic gold medallist, winning gold in both the women’s 4x100m and 4x200m freestyle relays at the Paris 2024 Olympics. While she’s well known for her achievements in the pool, Willa is a very special part of her life away from swimming.
