Jetpets Leads the Way in Achieving CEIV Live Animals Certification
We’ve raised the standards – Jetpets has become the first pet transport company in Australia to be awarded the prestigious CEIV Live Animals Certification.
We are very proud to share that Jetpets Animal Transport Australia has successfully achieved re-certification of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) CEIV Live Animals program, reaffirming our commitment to the highest international standards in animal transportation services.
This achievement goes beyond accreditation. It reflects the robust systems, specialised training and operational excellence that underpin every journey, ensuring animals are transported with care. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) awarded Jetpets with the certification following the successful completion of the training and validation of its processes at its headquarters in Melbourne.

The CEIV Live Animals Certification aims to improve the handling and transport of live animals by air with the industry stakeholders.

The CEIV Live Animals Certification process ensures compliance with the Live Animals Regulations (LAR), as well as with animal health and welfare requirements, through training and an independent audit program.
A Higher Standard of Care, Every Step of the Way
CEIV (Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators) Live Animals Certification is a globally recognised benchmark for the safe and compliant transport of live animals. Re-certification means our processes, people, and facilities have again been independently audited over 300 stringent criteria covering safety, training, operational practices and animal welfare.
