Took all the stress out of getting my cat across the country!  With all the other logistics to manage, I'm really glad I trusted my cat to JetPets.  Kate and Paige were incredibly helpful getting everything booked and lined up, and were especially flexible in adjusting when circumstances changed.  The overnight boarding was clean and well tended - they even sent a Report Card which showed that they'd really paid attention to him.  They got him onto the same flight as mine, and he was ready to collect only a short time after my luggage, calm, relaxed, and pretty chill.

I would give JetPets a 10 star review if I could! They went above and beyond to make the necessary arrangements to get our kitties from the center of the Outback all the way to the USA safely, securely, and in time for the holidays! The communication with the representatives was very responsive and they worked tirelessly to watch weather forecasts and make last minute arrangements based on the cooler outside temperatures when normal heat embargos might have been in place. Their care of our cats -- and the reports we received about them while they were in the care of the handlers, we so reassuring. The best pet transport service we've ever worked with!
