Hi Justin, Nice to 'talk' to you again. Lucy came through really smoothly this end - she was already with Jetpets Auckland within 2.5 hours of landing. Jetpets have been outstanding - your patience and assistance pre departure, Auckland phoned me on Monday afternoon to let me know when to expect Lucy after her arrival, Samuel sent me photos and an update on how she had been overnight - all things that help me to be less stressed which has been more than I expected.
