Lucy

Hi Justin, Nice to 'talk' to you again. Lucy came through really smoothly this end - she was already with Jetpets Auckland within 2.5 hours of landing. Jetpets have been outstanding - your patience and assistance pre departure, Auckland phoned me on Monday afternoon to let me know when to expect Lucy after her arrival, Samuel sent me photos and an update on how she had been overnight - all things that help me to be less stressed which has been more than I expected. Hello Nicole, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service and care we received through Jetpets. I really appreciated all the updates given to me while Tilly was in your care. She's settling in well on the farm and is enjoying runs on the beach. Again I can't thank you enough I'll be recommending you to everyone. Many Thanks Zoe

Jinx

Hi Justin! Jinx arrived at Jetpets Auckland at about 4pm nz time. She was wagging her tail in the crate when they opened the van doors 🙂 She had some food and water and then went for a bit of a run. Thanks so much for all your help, everyone involved today was great!

Maggie

Thank you for all your assistance and also want to thank the wonderful carers and vets along the way. I loved getting regular updates along the way. Maggie is super happy with her new home in New Zealand.

Nutmeg and Charlie

Hi Rachael, Nutmeg and Charlie arrived on Tuesday in wonderful form. I was able to collect them earlier than initially expected which was such a bonus (because I was looking forward to meeting them from the time I got up at 6am). They were so relaxed and in such fine form. I could see they had been taken very good care of. Once home and out of their crates they recognised me immediately and I spent a long time just scratching and rubbing and stroking and giving cuddles. It was SO special to have them back after 18 months of not having seen them. They were also really happy to have each-other (Charlie having been reunited recently with Nutmeg after 14 months walkabout). Charlie has always "looked out" for Nutmeg and she is very bonded to him. So much so, that neither of them chose to sleep in their new pet beds choosing instead a box under the bed into which they both squashed for the night. I'm SO very grateful to you guys for the exemplary service. Thanks for emailing me so promptly every time I had a query Rachael and thanks too for assuring me that they'd be absolutely fine and in the best of hands. You were right about that. Thanks again Rachael. You were wonderful to liaise with right through the whole 5 weeks. xx ruth
