The process to relocate Bear from the UK to Melbourne took over 6 months. Jetpets provided an excellent service throughout, guiding us through the steps, reminding us of the vets appointments and paperwork to complete to get the import permit. Gillian, Jordi and the team were very supportive and kind, making us feel fully accompanied throughout the relocation and Bear's travel. I highly recommend Jetpet's personalised and professional approach to pets transport.
