Rosie and Murphy

Hi Kathy, I just got your email. We are all completely settled in already. I can't believe how quickly the pups adjusted. Thank you for making everything so easy for us, Kathy. I must make special commendation to the guy that picked up Rosie and Murphy (I think his name was Mike?). He was so gentle with them and as I arrived he was walking Murphy around the car so he could have a toilet break. He was patient with us and also packed down the boxes. So personable and an utter RELIEF to know that my pets were in someone like his hands when they touched down. My husband Andrew also said that the person collecting Rosie and Murphy from Jetpets in Melbourne was also very gentle and warm. This is so important. I guess I don't need to tell you that - You already know ;o) Anyway, thank you. Here is a picture of Murphy and Rosie in the car this morning at the collection just after they had a drink and some food. Rosie has also already done some laps in the pool. She has early stages of arthritis so this weather in LA is perfect for aqua therapy. I will send a pool picture soon. Thanks again, Alethea.

Kona

Hi Danielle, Kona arrived safe and sound in Seattle! Thank you so much for your great service. She was very excited to see us and happy to be back in her old house. Attached is a picture of her. Thanks again, Phil and Holly

Barty

Hi Chelsea, I have been meaning to email you. Barty arrived safely and happily in Boston! I am so thrilled to have him here and he doesn't seem to mind the snow at all! I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful job that you and the crew at Jetpets did, I was more that impressed with the service. The courtesy calls at the lay overs were wonderful, it was such a relief to learn about Bartys travels and know that he was safe and in good hands. I was even more impressed with the caring and professional manner that was given, not only to me as the pet owner but also to my dog. I will definitely be singing the praises of Jetpets for a long time and would recommend your services to anyone and everyone! I look forward to working with you again should I decide to relocate again in the future. Again I am beyond pleased and cannot thank you enough for the safe delivery of my dog. Dallas

Hi Chelsea, Dallas is back in Banff and happy in her new home. I really can't thank you enough I was so upset when I couldn't get to her on time. It was the worse weekend for weather in the Rockies, avalanches that close roads happen quite frequently in certain areas mostly on the roads that are though the mountains and they generally cause a 1-2 hour delay depending on the size.
