Bella and Bailey

Hi Natalie! I hope and the JetPets team are well. I'm sorry it's taken so long for this update, I have had several issues settling in the UK, and the lack of internet was one of them! I wanted to thank you and the team again for helping me relocate my furkids to London from Adelaide. Given the sudden change in immigration laws over the Christmas break, I was extremely grateful for the extra mile your team went to ensure Bella and Bailey's arrival, even if it was 2 weeks ahead of schedule! When I picked Bella and Bailey up from Heathrow, I couldn't believe what good spirits and condition they were in - Bella was purring all the way to our new home! We have happily settled into our London life, and they are enjoying their views from the second story flat. I've included some photos of them settling in 🙂 Thank you to JetPets! Scrat

Hi! I hadn't had access to a computer until now, but I wanted to thank you again for everything Danielle! Scrat seemed very well adjusted to travel and is adapting to the Canadian climate really well. She's put on a little bit of weight and her coat is already starting to fill out!

Hi Danielle,
Hope you are well and had a lovely Christmas.
Sorry for the dreadful delay in sending you photos of Paws - it completely slipped my mind what with all the upheaval. I actually wanted to ask if you would be able to asset us in transporting Paws to the UK in April this year?
We were so impressed with Jetpets and yourself that we would really like to use you again for his journey to Scotland.
As you know we're in Queenstown at the moment so we would be keen to hear your suggestion on the best we to move our little man to the other side of the world.

Gucci, Nancy and Stranger

Hi Danielle,   Cats arrived safely in London! Here is a pic of them on their arrival with my friend who is looking after them for me until I get there.   I logged onto Skype at 5am to see them arriving at my friends house at about 8pm London time. They seemed to be back to their usual self with Stranger eating, Nancy exploring and Gucci hitting the others to say 'go away'. Quite reassuring considering they endured a considerable delay departing from Sydney.   Thanks again for your help. Everything went very smooth and you were able to answer all my questions!   Thanks, Glen
