Hi Melanie,

Good to hear from you.  It's freezing here, I believe it was 44c the other day and has dropped to 18c!!

Cleo & Antony arrived safely in London and have settled well into their new home.

They were naturally fed up with the whole travelling thing & gave the Staff at the Animal Reception Centre at Heathrow some hisses & scratches, which is to be expected.  They were very happy to see Mummy after the long journey (as was I).

I would very much like to thank you and the team at Jetpets for your professionalism, efficiency and care during the whole process, from the moment I made the first call to you, Adam collecting my babies (later calling to advise they had settled in well at the "departure lounge", (as he could see I was rather distressed when he collected them in the morning), to the follow up emails once we all landed in London.

You and the team are professional, caring and leave no stone unturned.  Thank you for making this process easy and as stress free as possible. I've already recommended you to others.

Rizzo

Hi Chantel, Everything went very smoothly, thanks for all your help throughout the process! I could not have done it without you. Attached is a picture of Rizzo back in Australia once again, after an amazing year-long adventure in New Zealand, now at our new home in Cooma, NSW. I've also attached a pic of her kayaking on Lake Wanaka in NZ just before we left. Thanks again, Candice

Nala

Darwin to Rarotonga, Cook Islands

Hi Brooke, thank you for your email. I have attached a few photos of Nala in her new home.

Nala enjoys climbing the cocanut tree's here. She has also enjoys walking along the beach. Most of all she loves cuddles when its raining outside. Thank you for ensuring her safe passage here. She was expectedly a little shaky at first , but the airport told us that she had been very friendly to everyone. She settled in pretty quickly and is enjoying her freedom of running about chasing flies and lizards around. Its her hobby.

A big thank you to all who where involved in taking care of her.

Pippa

A million thanks to you and the team for getting Pippa back to us safe and sound! She was completely stress free, relaxed a very happy girl. It is a great pleasure to have her back with us, is eating like I have never seen her eat, is out and about in the garden and part of the family once again.
Jason (as everyone) was a great pleasure to deal with and we are genuinely appreciative for the extra time and care and attention that was given to us as humans and Pippa as a cat.

Buddy

Hi! Sorry I forgot to respond to this because I was too busy playing with Buddy in all my spare time!
It's so fantastic having him here. He's overwhelmed by the birds, could care less about the ibis bird but was very interested in the brush turkey we saw. Lots of fun!
