We loved seeing photos of Molly prior to her flight, while she was at your facility, given that we missed her a lot and were concerned about her wellbeing. We are grateful for the timely reminders that were sent each time, as forgetting things is quite likely at times like these.

Milo arrived in good spirits and settled into the new place really quickly. He gave me a cranky talking to for the first few hours, huffed and then I got snuggles for the rest of the day. Thank you so much for taking good care of him.

Gracie
Broome to Adelaide, Australia
Our 1 year old cat travelled for the first time by plane for our move from Broome WA to Adelaide SA. We were a little anxious about how her experience would be and how long the whole trip would take, since we knew it would be a 2-day trip, but JetPets provided a great service which saw Gracie get from Broome to Adelaide in a little under 24 hours which was a great relief.
As there was no getting around an overnight in Perth, we were very much put at ease when we received text updates, an emailed report card, and several photos of Gracie at the overnight boarding accommodation with a staff member giving her plenty of attention. The photos especially gave us relief as we could she that she was totally unfussed and in great hands!!
Definitely recommend JetPets - while it's a little pricey at first glance, once you see the professionalism and care that goes into the service and how well your pet is looked after, it makes it all completely worth it, especially with how seamless and hassle-free the entire experience was.
While we couldn't be there to pick her up from the airport ourselves, the local cattery staff member picking her up on our behalf commented that it was an easy process to pick her up as well.
Overall we're very grateful that Gracie was looked after well and was able to travel safely and comfortably to our new home. We will be happy to use JetPets again in the future.

Thank you for all your help with their relocation. It's been a roller coaster but so glad we had you and the team to guide us through the process. Hopefully they won't be flying anywhere soon but we will definitely choose jet pets again for their next big adventure.
