Sydney to La Paz, Bolivia
Hi Kate, I just wanted to let you know my babies have arrived safe and sound!  I am so incredibly happy!! They are in good spirits and had a nice big meal which they demolished! They were a bit smelly but I guess that is to be expected after so much travelling! Thank you again so much for everything and I will give you and update on how the settle in soon! NOVEMBER 2019

Jipi

Sydney to Guayaquil, Ecuador
Hi Justin, Jipi arrived safe and sound in Guayaquil where he had a sleepover at the Holiday Inn, on the Saturday he crossed the Andes at 4,200 metres before arriving in Cuenca, a beautiful city where he will be staying a week. Next week Jipi will be travelling to Canoa, a fishing village on the Pacific Ocean which he will then call home. He is in good spirits, maybe a tad clingy but the myriad of new smells gets him super excited when we walk the streets. Everything about the Jetpets experience was first class especially as I’m assuming there aren’t too many requests to ship animals to Ecuador. Thank you all. Greg

I just wanted to say I highly recommend Jetpets for any of your pets travel needs. I was extremely nervous about the entire process, as we have a highly strung rescue dog and a bunny that we needed to move from rural NSW Australia to Virginia USA. Justin from Jetpets was professional, courteous and very reassuring throughout the whole process and I had a lot of questions and concerns, he totally put my mind at ease. Both my pets arrived safe and sound, I was sent text messages, emails with photos and phone calls every step of the way so I knew how they were doing and where they were. They really care about the animals and are very experienced in this whole process. Sandii in LA was as friendly as she could be and I knew they were in great hands from start to finish.

Shade

Australia to Bogota, Colombia
Hi Biljana, Good she did pretty good, it was a long trip specially in bogota as she had to sleep there all night and all the paperwork took 6hrs. She arrived on Saturday afternoon. But she’s now with my family in Medellin. she looks pretty happy and my parents are spoiling her a lot. Thank you very much for everything! All the people who look after her on the comfort stops were really nice and sent me a lot of pictures. Shade arrived with her toy and my T-shirt on her crate. I’m sending some pic of her
