Hi Michelle,
We are all settled in now after the flight. Jenny was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to process the dogs through customs so they didn’t have to stay in their crates for an extra 3 hours.
She truly understood the feelings of some very anxious owners! She deserves a gold star.

Nice to 'talk' to you again. Lucy came through really smoothly this end - she was already with Jetpets Auckland within 2.5 hours of landing.
Jetpets have been outstanding - your patience and assistance pre departure, Auckland phoned me on Monday afternoon to let me know when to expect Lucy after her arrival, Samuel sent me photos and an update on how she had been overnight - all things that help me to be less stressed which has been more than I expected.
I will definitely be singing Jetpets praises - Hughesy is right.
