Hi Rachael,
I just wanted to get in touch to let you know that Jeff is finally settling in to his new life in London. He's very cold but very happy. Thank you again for being so amazing and answering my endless stream of questions over the last few months.
From the first time I contacted Jetpets I was impressed with the service and have already recommended to friends who have asked.

I cannot thank you all enough at Jetpets for the care of Coco & Lulu. They arrived safely in HK & both the girls & myself were happy to be reunited. Due to timing we were able to pick up the girls straight after going through customs.
They are settling into HK dog life fortunately they’ve had experience in apartment living before this move.

Hi Michelle,
We are all settled in now after the flight. Jenny was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to process the dogs through customs so they didn’t have to stay in their crates for an extra 3 hours.
She truly understood the feelings of some very anxious owners! She deserves a gold star.
