Jetpets recently got our 10yr old lab from Australia to Canada. I especially liked their Customer Portal which is where I was able to easily fill out electronic forms, submit documents etc. It also had all information and travel details laid out in an easy to follow format. On the day of Lily's drop off to Jetpets, the gentleman that accepted her was kind, professional and understood our hesitation. He showed us around and explained everything again. I would highly recommend using Jetpets if you're looking to relocate your fur baby!

Thank you so much for helping our fur-babies join us in Canada. Attached are some photos of them settled right in. Can’t say they are pleased with the snow, but I’m sure they will adjust over time!
