Ronin

Sydney to Newark, United States

Hi Melanie

I just wanted to let you know that Ronin arrived safe and sound last week. He was amazingly calm when we reached him and we were all very excited to see each other! We got lots of comments as we wheeled his crate through the airport on a luggage trolley about how huge it (and he) were. We would have also looked very funny to people in the car park as we pulled the crate apart in an attempt to fit it, Ronin, and the boys in our car! All got home safely and our family is complete for the first time in 3 months.  Here is a picture of Ronin curled up in his new favourite spot, by the fireplace.

Thank you so much for your great service.  This was by far the simplest process out of everything we have had to do with our international move! If the time comes to move back to Australia we will no doubt be using your services again. Please pass this email onto your manager as you deserve a pay rise!

Cheers

Rachel

Ava

Sydney to Seattle, United States

Hi Beth,

Many thanks for all your help with Ava's big move to Seattle.

Ava seemed to travel well. She was a bit knackered for the first day or so (puppylag seems worse than jetlag for humans) but she is settling in well. I think she'll like it when our furniture arrives tomorrow so she can sit on chairs and our sofa again!

Thanks again for all your help and understanding over the past few months. Please thank the Jetpets team for taking such good care of Avie for us during her long trip, we are so grateful.

Best,

Alex

Macey & Cricket

Australia to Washington DC, United States

Hi Natalie,

Thanks for your email. We are pleased to have used JetPets and have recommended you to our friends and colleagues. Thank you so much for getting them both here safe and sound. The delivery guys here were just lovely and kind. You can really tell animal lovers !! And we really appreciated the email from Melb telling us their were cleared to travel and and doing well.

We were very worried for them on their travels and absolutely glad to see them after 5 weeks apart. They were a bit shocked and quiet when they arrived and unsure of where they were. They were quite tired on the first day but were jumping out their skin the next day – both back to normal. They loved the snow when they arrived and ran around in it totally happy and have settled into their new home very well.

Thanks again. We look forward to using Jetpets for our return to Australia in a few years 🙂

Please also thank Kaye for her help over Xmas while you were on leave.

Kind regards

Merryl and Deb

Minty, George & Charlie

Ballina to Hythe, United Kingdom

Hi Alice,

I’m sorry it has taken some time to get back to you about the fur babies move from Australia to UK.

I couldn’t have asked for better service.  From the young fellow who picked them up in Ballina until they arrived in England.  I was particularly impressed with the young woman at Hanrob at the airport in Sydney who very much relieved my concern just before we flew out for London.  She advised they had arrived well in Sydney and that George’s forthright personality was evident!

They arrived to our home in Hythe earlier on the day than expected, and once let out of their crates and greeting us very excitedly, they ran around the back garden and through the house, claiming it for their own in about 10 minutes.  All three, Minty the Burmese, and dogs George and Charlie, are very much settled and love their retirement to England.  Thank you once more for setting up the slightly bigger crate for Charlie - it was done with a minimum of fuss and eased my concern.  It is a testament to the thoroughness of the paperwork for the quarantine vets at both Sydney and Heathrow, that they arrived much earlier in the day than expected.

Kind regards, Di and Allen
