Many thanks to all the fabulous pet handlers, Lauren and Christie in Perth, the others in Melbourne. Kate and Lisa in booking made the whole experience as stress free as possible. This was the 1st time Gemma, Donnan and Sam had flown and they all appeared to have taken it in their stride. The dogs are currently snoozing at my feet after a lovely long walk, Sam has found the highest shelf in the home and made his bed there. Many thanks for looking after our family so beautifully,

We couldn’t be more grateful to Lauren, the Jetpets handler who cared for our dog George travelling to Adelaide from Perth. Lauren was so friendly, reassuring and caring towards George, putting our minds at ease. She also updated us throughout the day with how he was managing and contacted us after arriving in Adelaide to check in. The process was so smooth from pick up to drop off at our house in Adelaide.
