Hi Michelle, We are all settled in now after the flight. Jenny was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to process the dogs through customs so they didn’t have to stay in their crates for an extra 3 hours. She truly understood the feelings of some very anxious owners! She deserves a gold star. Here is a pic of Zoe and Dougal on their first day in Hong Kong at our local cafe.
