Mr Stewie

Hi Nikkie! I do hope all is well. Just wanting to pass on an update in regards to Mr Stewie bottom. He is doing exceptionally well after his flight from Mel to Man. He is loving the country and farm lifestyle here in Cheshire. The English do adore him. Though I must say he is somewhat more clingy to me than usual, this may be due him thinking that I'm going to leave him again. The whole Jet Pets process was wonderful and very simple. The staff have been awesome with reassuring me the whole time. On pickup Pets on Jets were also very lovely, picking him up was so easy. Stewies crate was suprisingly mega spacious. I didn't know that two large buckets of water were attached to the inside of the crate door . That was brilliant as he would've been hydrated the whole way :). It was also very pleasing knowing that Stewie flew on Emirates Airline. Being cabin crew for Emirates, I know how meticulous and organised they are. I felt he was in great hands. All in all, JetPets have been beyond great and you Nikkie, thank you for being so prompt with emailing, reassuring me and really helping me out, thank you so much Stewie also says thank you a million. I'm so proud of him enduring two long haul flights and not pooing in his crate. I've attached some photos of Stewie and our reunion. I'm grateful that I have my fat cuddle bear with me

Penelope

Hi Danielle,   Penelope is doing really well, much better than I expected. She has settled in and is eating and exploring all the new and wondrous smells of her new home. She was delivered yesterday and was so excited to see me, it was just lovely.   I'm attaching a photo it's not great but I snapped it yesterday when she finally relaxed enough to lay down and have a sleep! Everyone here loves her and I think she'll fit in well she's already learning Italian!   Thanks so much for everything.... I think JetPets and ReloCat did a great job.....the man who delivered her was delightful and obviously very concerned about her welfare.   You take care and all best to you and you little pups too.   Simone and Lady P.

Shelby, Cherry and CC

Hi Chelsea,   I just wanted to let you know that Shelby, Cherry and CC arrived safely today and are now at their new home.   I would like to thank you very, very much as everything went so smoothly. I was just so impressed with how well everything went. Even the Spanish officials were very impressed with all the paperwork and professionalism of yourself and JetPets. So impressed were they, that they allowed us to go into the holding warehouse to handle them for a while waiting for the final processing of their customs clearances.   Thank you so much. Tobiko

Hi Kathy, I'm very happy with the great servise u provided.. Tobiko arrived safely.. everything was very smooth..thank you so much..sure we will choose jetpets again when we move back to Melbourne.. here are some photos of tobiko in hongkong.. Ivy
