Hi Chelsea, I have been meaning to email you. Barty arrived safely and happily in Boston! I am so thrilled to have him here and he doesn't seem to mind the snow at all! I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the wonderful job that you and the crew at Jetpets did, I was more that impressed with the service. The courtesy calls at the lay overs were wonderful, it was such a relief to learn about Bartys travels and know that he was safe and in good hands. I was even more impressed with the caring and professional manner that was given, not only to me as the pet owner but also to my dog. I will definitely be singing the praises of Jetpets for a long time and would recommend your services to anyone and everyone! I look forward to working with you again should I decide to relocate again in the future. Again I am beyond pleased and cannot thank you enough for the safe delivery of my dog. Milo

Sydney to Jakarta, Indonesia
  Hi Kathy, Thank you so much for the assistance and help during Milo relocation. Especially for the early flight booking, I really appreciate that. As for milo, he just got a big haircut and still adjusting with Indonesian humidity, he loves to cool himself by lying in the floor in the air-con room. It's rainy season here in Jakarta, its drizzling daily with smelly muddy puddles everywhere, so he got his exercise by treadmill and running around the big house chasing balls. We both miss the big green dog friendly park in Sydney , but we will go to a nice park outside of Jakarta next weekend (crossing my hand for the nice weather). Angie

Dallas

Melbourne to Vancouver, Canada
Hi Chelsea, Dallas is back in Banff and happy in her new home. I really can't thank you enough I was so upset when I couldn't get to her on time. It was the worse weekend for weather in the Rockies, avalanches that close roads happen quite frequently in certain areas mostly on the roads that are though the mountains and they generally cause a 1-2 hour delay depending on the size. I have attached a few photos of her relaxing in her new home. Thanks again, Ally

Fiasco

Hi Nicole Fiasco arrived safe and well in Singapore - she practically lept into our arms when she got to our condo! She has settled in really well - attached are some photos of her enjoying her new life here. Thanks for all your help during the process, I really appreciated you answering all my questions so promptly and thoroughly 🙂 you made a stressful moving process much easier, especially since we knew Fiasco was in such good hands! If we decide to get Fiasco a furry friend, we will definitely be using Jetpets again! Thanks, Katrina and Mathew

Jacques

Greetings Nikkie I just wanted to let you know that Jacques arrived safely in Miami and was so healthy and happy when he arrived. He made the long 3 day drive up to New York with us & has now experienced a blizzard and snow, too! Thank you for making the arrangements for his long journey, it gave me great peace of mind to know he was in good care at every stage of his journey. We are so happy to all be reunited together on the other side of the world. Best Wishes Rachel
