Jasmine & Montanna,
Hope you are well. In case you haven't heard, Queenie arrived safe and well on Friday night. She actually looked quite fresh and relaxed, but was very glad to see us and get out of the crate. To look at her, I wouldn't have really known that she had been on a long trip, she looked happy, clean and healthy.
I just wanted to say a big thankyou for all your help organising the transport, especially dealing with WWAT for us at the last minute when things looked like they weren't going to go so well for a minute. Much appreciated.

Hi Danielle,
Just a quick email to say thank you for all the arrangements you made to get Miss Opal to her new family in Manchester UK.
She arrived safe and sound, no hitches at all as paperwork etc was all correct and complete.
She is now happy and already starting to settle into her new home and all ready comfortable with Steve and Karen not to mention the other furry members of their family.
I know Steve and Karen are extremely happy with how you handled all the arrangements.

Hi Jasmine sorry for the late email . Ella arrived safely here at our home Tuesday afternoon around 4pm we all were so excited too see her arrive at the gate lots of tears from me it was a long 5 days . Ella jumped out of her crate wagging her tail n bum very happy to see us . Ella has settled in here really well . Thank you Jasmine for all your help , I am very impressed with the professionalism you provided to us via email and phone calls and especially to our Darling Ella . I will be back in contact with you in 2 years on our return to Australia . Also a Big Thank you to Marnie who picked Ella up on her Vet visit day then again on the Friday before her big flight, so friendly thanks Marnie x

So Alfie Bear has been to the Vet, all vaccinations are up to date and he is fighting fit!
He will be receiving his F3 Vaccination from this vet so if you could minus that from the quote and forward me the final quote - including the Rabies shot from the AQUIS vet - I can then put down my deposit tomorrow.
Thank you so much for all your time and wonderful service, I recommended you highly at the Vets as the person to talk to if any of their clients are moving their pets!

Hi Ashlee,
I just wanted to thank you for your services for getting my dog Sharni to Wagga. Emma who we met at the airport was lovely and had everything sorted for us to put her straight on. Sharni arrived in on time to Wagga with no problems. I was really pleased with the overall service of Jetpets. Although I have dealt with Jetpets many times in my previous job this was my first time being a customer and I couldn’t be happier. If I’m not flying with my dog taking them as excess baggage, I would definatly use you guys again and will highly recommend you within the dog show world.
