I'm back home now and Dougy is flat out on the floor and Ollie boy is wandering around the house looking at al the new stuff.

Mel, just wanted to thank you to you and Jetpets in my recent dogs travel from NZ to the Gold Coast and back to NZ again.
Your help and knowledge of the procedures was faultless will defiantly be using you again when next we travel.
I have included some pictures the dogs last day on the sunny Gold Coast beach to them on the boat on lake rotoiti in Rotorua NZ. As you can see they are doing what they love best fishing with dad on the boat once again.
Please pass this onto the vet at the Brisbane office so he knows Tina the diabetic dog made it in perfect health.
And we had no flees so no stay in quarantine thank god!

Hi ladies,
Just wanted to send a few photos of Mel to show you guys how he is settling in. After all the hurdles he has been over the past month, it was truly amazing how quickly he adapted! Sadly, at the moment we still can’t be all together as we are trying to secure a dog friendly rental and our current place wouldn’t allow dogs. However, we were extremely lucky to get in touch with an amazing woman from Palmerston North who very kindly suggested to foster him for us up until we properly settle. She is very experienced with dogs and at the moment owns a blue heeler herself. We all spent the weekend together up there and know Mel has a fantastic environment to settle in, and I really hope that we will be able to reunite properly within few weeks.
I wanted to thank you and team so very much. It hasn’t been an easy road at all, and you have managed to work it through all the uncertainty and the tension and really ease my anxiety about the process. Special thanks to Steph from Jetpets Auckland who was a super hero managing some changes in plans – Mel has arrived to Wellington earlier due to mixup with the flights and Steph arranged for him to spend couple of hours in Hound Lounge doggie care up until we were able to pick him up and also helped to sort out the misunderstanding with customs around customs clearing process for Mel. I can’t be grateful enough for you all! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
