I just wanted to let you know that we picked our puppy up from Sydney airport Monday night and had to send you this photo because the Jetpets van just happened to be in it People these days are all too willing to demand and complain when its wrong but when it is right rarely do you hear. We are very grateful to you for your help in organising and after our 5 hr journey down we found 2 of your drivers, Josh and Sarah were at the depot and they were brilliant! Friendly, approachable and they both helped us through the collection process which did feel a bit daunting in the middle of the night for the bushies gone to town. What an amazing place the freight side of Sydney airport is. Thanks again, really appreciate the kindness and understanding you all showed

Returning Citizens

Jetpets are very proud to advise that we have assisted many Furbabies this month reunite with families and relatives across Australia as part of our repatriation mission from Canada! With over 100 pets stranded due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, Jetpets have partnered with Worldwide Animal Travel, Air Canada and the Australian quarantine team to facilitate the task of relocation over 100 pets from Vancouver to Melbourne. We appreciate the opportunity to work with our partners and the Australian quarantine team to reunite pets with their owners prior to Christmas in what has been a challenging year for all.
