Rossby

Sydney to Dublin, Ireland
Hi Andrew, Thank you so much for helping us move Rossby to his new home in Ireland. I think he had a rough time for his second flight but once we got him home he started to perk up. He is settling in well now and getting used to Irish life! 🙂 We really appreciate everything you and everyone at Jetpets did for us. We were particularly impressed with David who dropped off the crate and collected Rossby for the airport. He was so good with both us and Rossby, and took the time to get to know Rossby and make sure he was comfortable going in the van. It made the whole process much easier. Minty, George & Charlie

Hi Alice,

I’m sorry it has taken some time to get back to you about the fur babies move from Australia to UK.

I couldn’t have asked for better service.  From the young fellow who picked them up in Ballina until they arrived in England.  I was particularly impressed with the young woman at Hanrob at the airport in Sydney who very much relieved my concern just before we flew out for London.  She advised they had arrived well in Sydney and that George’s forthright personality was evident!

They arrived to our home in Hythe earlier on the day than expected, and once let out of their crates and greeting us very excitedly, they ran around the back garden and through the house, claiming it for their own in about 10 minutes.  All three, Minty the Burmese, and dogs George and Charlie, are very much settled and love their retirement to England.  Thank you once more for setting up the slightly bigger crate for Charlie - it was done with a minimum of fuss and eased my concern.  It is a testament to the thoroughness of the paperwork for the quarantine vets at both Sydney and Heathrow, that they arrived much earlier in the day than expected.

Jett

Perth to Manchester, United Kingdom

Hi Nicole, Massive thank you to you and all at JetPets for everything you helped us with! This morning we got to pick up our Jett as he arrived safe and sound in Manchester UK after his long trip from Perth AUST. He was very excited to see his dad after 93 days apart and we are loving being back together as a family of 3!

He is settling in nicely! Your staff in the Perth office were amazing and the text messages and photos I got sent before our departure settled my nerves and made me smile! Wonderful service!
