Herbie

Hi Melanie, Sorry it took me a couple days to get back to you. I was traveling last week. Herbie is settling in well. The weather has been dreadful here, but we're taking it all in stride. We are still in DC with my sister, and he's really enjoying her kids. He chases them around the house and tickles them with his nose. It's so cute! Anyway, thanks again for all you did to make sure that Herbie arrived safely. I am really pleased that I went with JetPets and that you were his agent You are fantastic, and I know all of your future customers will think so, too! I have tried taking pictures of Herbie, but he starts looking away or looking very serious as soon as I get my phone out. I've attached a little collage of the few we have gotten though. Rosie

Hi Danielle,

Just a quick note to say that we all arrived well and safe in New York. We were able to pick up Rosie from Lufthansa Cargo at JFK and it was all straightforward. She was so happy to see us, but we may have been even happier to see her. I even got a call from Pet Express Animal Transport to make sure everything was in order. Rosie is settling in okay in New York - it's very cold at the moment so she's still getting used to that I think. She has been sleeping a lot, probably just sleeping off the stress from her travels. Scrat

Hi! I hadn't had access to a computer until now, but I wanted to thank you again for everything Danielle! Scrat seemed very well adjusted to travel and is adapting to the Canadian climate really well. She's put on a little bit of weight and her coat is already starting to fill out!

Tetley and Fingle

Tetley and Fingle were delivered to us last night. Truthfully, we expected to see them down and in despair. We were blown away when they happily greeted us as if we had only been separated for hours not days. It took them no time to get right back into the swing of things. Our entire experience with Jetpets has been extremely positive. Even when I asked those annoying questions all overbearing fur parents do, Nicole was quick to alleviate my worries with solid answers. Hi Nikkie, Sorry I haven't written sooner it's been crazy! Cats are loving LA and their new home. It's been a really easy adjustment. Thanks for everything and we will definitely use you again if we do decide to go home.
