Jacques

Greetings Nikkie I just wanted to let you know that Jacques arrived safely in Miami and was so healthy and happy when he arrived. He made the long 3 day drive up to New York with us & has now experienced a blizzard and snow, too! Thank you for making the arrangements for his long journey, it gave me great peace of mind to know he was in good care at every stage of his journey. We are so happy to all be reunited together on the other side of the world. Best Wishes Rachel

Brucey

Tiger

Hi Gaylene, We collected Tiger safe and sound from Dulles yesterday evening and we thought you would like to see how he’s doing. He was in excellent condition when we collected him and even after a couple of weeks in boarding kennels he didn’t appear to have lost any weight (something that has happened in the past when he has spent time in kennels), he was even nice and clean (and very pleased to see us). He has slept well, and has had something to eat, so it looks like his none the worse for his long journey. It looked like he had urinated in his crate during the journey, but we were easily able to clean the crate, wash the fleece lining and bath Tiger once we got him back to our apartment. The crate will be very useful while we are in the apartment as we think he would probably be better off in his crate when we have to go out. Thanks to you and Jet Pets for taking such good care of Tiger during his transit from Australia. all the best, Cheryl

Daisy

Nikkie; Just wanted to take a moment to thank you and all involved for taking such good care of Daisy on her trip from Sydney to Seattle. She fared very well and arrived with a very healthy appetite as though nothing out of the ordinary had happened. She is now well and truly adapting to the colder climate and all the attention she is getting from the family here. And of course, I love having her with me. Thanks for making it happen for us. Louis

Hi Nicole, I just wanted to email you and thank you for your assistance in taking care of Louis' trip to Calgary. He has arrived in great condition and although he has slept most of the first day, he is now back to his old self and enjoying his new surroundings. Nicole, thank you so much for being patient with me and answering all my questions. I am very happy and impressed with your professionalism and very thankful for your updates throughout Louis' trip. You made it much more relaxed for me 🙂 I will definitely be recommending Jet Pets to friends and family and will keep in touch for our return trip back to Australia. Thank you so much...
