Mr Rumtum

Hi Chelsea,
I just wanted to let you know that we picked up Mr Rumtum from the airport on Wednesday and he has been very happy and settled from the get go. For such a nervous cat, we are all amazed at how happy and relaxed he seemed. He's settled straight into his new home here in the UK and has been happily sleeping on my bed every night since arrival. I've included a picture of him, looking a bit worn out but totally pleased with himself, on my lap just five minutes after arriving.
I'm so impressed with the easy, caring and helpful service provided by Jetpets and wanted to say a huge thank you to yourself and all of the other staff who helped me to organise the trip for Mr Rumtum. Being at a distance when organising the trip I was very anxious as to how it would work and how Mr Rumtum would manage but you've far exceeded our expectations at every stage.
Thank you again for all of your help and for dealing with my endless neurotic questions!

A million thanks to you and the team for getting Pippa back to us safe and sound!
She was completely stress free, relaxed a very happy girl. It is a great pleasure to have her back with us, is eating like I have never seen her eat, is out and about in the garden and part of the family once again.
Jason (as everyone) was a great pleasure to deal with and we are genuinely appreciative for the extra time and care and attention that was given to us as humans and Pippa as a cat.

Hi Natalie,
We would like to say how absolutely delighted we are with the service we received from Jetpets and your partners in Manchester, UK. We were impressed with the whole arrangement from when our cat, Sammy, had boarded with you for a few days prior to hopping on board 2 flights from Sydney to Manchester. The crate and mat that were provided were of excellent standard, along with the re-fillable water bowls.
Our cat is now happy in her new home in England and we will be sure to recommend Jetpets for any pet owners who are thinking of having their pets do the long haul across the globe.
We can't thank you enough for your professionalism and understanding of our needs for our cat.

PS. In the first photo, she kept sleeping under our bed covers, as she had shed her winter coat in Australia and so it was slightly cold for her in England to begin with. She's adjusted now and it's nice that she's not malting at the moment.

Bella and Bailey

I hope and the JetPets team are well. I'm sorry it's taken so long for this update, I have had several issues settling in the UK, and the lack of internet was one of them!
I wanted to thank you and the team again for helping me relocate my furkids to London from Adelaide. Given the sudden change in immigration laws over the Christmas break, I was extremely grateful for the extra mile your team went to ensure Bella and Bailey's arrival, even if it was 2 weeks ahead of schedule!
When I picked Bella and Bailey up from Heathrow, I couldn't believe what good spirits and condition they were in - Bella was purring all the way to our new home! We have happily settled into our London life, and they are enjoying their views from the second story flat. I've included some photos of them settling in 🙂

Hi! I hadn't had access to a computer until now, but I wanted to thank you again for everything Danielle! Scrat seemed very well adjusted to travel and is adapting to the Canadian climate really well. She's put on a little bit of weight and her coat is already starting to fill out!
