Oscar

“Hi Danielle,

After a delay due to sandstorms from Riyadh to Jeddah, Oscar arrived at approximately 2am this morning. We are so happy to have him home and just wanted to extend our thanks to you and the team at Jet Pets for overseeing Oscar's departure, boarding and arrival into Saudi Arabia. Your communication throughout the entire process on Oscar's progress with his export/import requirements has made us comfortable in the knowledge that JetPets really do care about reuniting owners and pets in the shortest timeframes possible. We have used JetPets a number of times before for Oscar and we will definitely call on your services again in future when required.

Jax and Krusty

Hi Kathy, Thank you for your email. Jax and Krusty are settling in fine. They love going for walks around their new home, and there’s plenty of desert for them to run around in. I’ve attached some photo’s for you to see.   Thank you again, Matt

Tinker and Taylo

Hi Nikkie Well, we’re finally settling down after a somewhat frantic few weeks! Tinker and Taylor arrived safely on the Saturday – I think they were somewhat jetlagged and totally bewildered as to where they were (see photo). Where is the green grass? Where are the trees and flowers? What is that brown stuff (sand)? What is that green stuff like grass (artificial grass)? Anyhow, after a few days, they perked up and I think they’ve finally decided that they’re quite happy being in the desert! It’s winter here so it’s a beautiful temperature – actually it gets quite chilly in the early mornings, but the days are just glorious. We took them to the beach last weekend for a paddle – Bob is practicing his kite flying skills!!! He hadn’t worked out how the ‘fishing line’ leads worked!!! We’ve all had to learn a lot since we’ve been here! We’d all just like to think you all very much for organising such a trouble free and stress free move for us. We were seriously worried about the whole exercise as both dogs had never spent a night away from home before until their move, and also being the age they are, we were also concerned about what could go wrong. Nothing did and we’re just so grateful to you all. Please could you pass on our thanks to everyone concerned. DKC were also wonderful and I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending both JetPets and DKC. Thanks again to you all! Kind regards and lots of woofs Bob, Kim, Tinker and Taylor

Amigo

Hi Nicole, Amigo has now left us to begin his journey to Dubai & I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for all of your help & assistance with the organisation of his travel. Mila
