I would like to thank you and all of the team at Jetpets, for taking such amazing care of our three little guys. You really put my mind at ease. The updates and photos from the handlers along the journey was absolutely wonderful and we could see how much love and attention they boys were receiving throughout their travels. The whole thing was really such a positive experience and we are forever grateful.

Jetpets recently got our 10yr old lab from Australia to Canada. I especially liked their Customer Portal which is where I was able to easily fill out electronic forms, submit documents etc. It also had all information and travel details laid out in an easy to follow format. On the day of Lily's drop off to Jetpets, the gentleman that accepted her was kind, professional and understood our hesitation. He showed us around and explained everything again. I would highly recommend using Jetpets if you're looking to relocate your fur baby!

Pawfect! Where to begin. This is my second time using Jetpets. They have been brilliant both times. A massive thanks to Chloe and all of the Jetpets team for getting Daisy to Ireland. What is a very stressful process is made easier by their attention to detail, understanding and efficiency. From start to finish they were there to help, guide and answer any and all questions that I had. The updates and pictures provided while Daisy was in their care gave me great comfort and peace of mind. I will have no hesitation in recommending Jetpets to people.
