Moving a dog and two small children under three can be quite demanding at the best of times and Baxter’s delay was not the first bad news we had received today regarding our interstate relocation.
We felt very reassured by your calm demeanour on the phone and were impressed by how quickly you resolved the situation. We were reassured that Baxter is in good hands.
