Buffy

My gorgeous dog had been transported to Melbourne from the UK but didn’t offer ongoing transport from Melbourne to Brisbane. I contacted Jetpets and within a couple of hours, I had received a quote, confirmed payment and itinerary. Wendy was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I was kept informed every step of the way, the handler who met my dog from quarantine was lovely and even sent me a picture of them on her walk, it was fantastic for my peace of mind. Would recommend this company to anyone, they really are fantastic!

Louie & Sam

We worked with Jetpets to ship our two labradors from Australia to Canada. The experience was pretty expensive, but has been well worth it for the minimisation of stress and issues on either side of the travel. Our boys were well looked after and we received timely updates at all points through their journey. Given we were travelling in the COVID era we were happy to have no issues at all and can now enjoy our boys settling into their new home in Canada. I was always given itemised information, and while I'm a deal seeker, I'm confident that I couldn't have done it myself for much cheaper.. and it would have been a whole lot more stress! I recommend chatting to the team at Jetpets and letting the experts do what they do best.

Joey

I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year! We reunited on Christmas eve and Joey is settling very well. The first day we reunite, we could see Joey’s excitement when he saw us from far, it was the best feeling ever! Since it was the hardest 11 days for me being apart from Joey. Thank you for being fantastic, Jetpets team! I am very happy to choose Jetpets for the whole process and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to relocate their pets. It was very easy to communicate with the agent and I really love the given updates (with PHOTOS!) of Joey. A special thanks to you Rachael, for being awesome since day one I enquired about Joey’s relocation. The process was all stress free and your partner here is also fantastic! It’s all worth it! Benson & Porthos

Hi Rachel, Many thanks to yourself and the entire Jetpets team for making my fur boys transition to the USA so seamless. The boys were very happy to see us. The boys have settled in nicely. I loved how we were kept updated all the way and the photos of the boys getting walked before their flight was fantastic. We also tracked their flight over. I’ve attached a photo of the boys exploring their new neighbourhood.

Tootsie

Hi Danielle, I just wanted to thank you for the patience and professionalism you treated us with during our somewhat traumatic relocation of our Murphy, Tootsie and Magnolia back home to Queensland recently. They are doing well and adjusting to the heat of the tropics. Our daughter reported that Tootsie did not move from in front of the fan for a day and a half! You handled all our constant changes with ease, thanks to you, one of the potentially stressful parts of moving was done and dusted. Thanks again.
