He got here absolutely fine and got so much love and attention at Gatwick airport he was in great spirits for when he was picked up by my mother in law! He has absolutely settled in now and is enjoying the British countryside even though it did take him a while to get used to the cold weather! I wanted to say a big big thank you to you and the team for getting Simba across to London safely. It definitely was something we were most concerned about with our move and even though there was the little hiccup at the beginning, you were absolutely brilliant with keeping me informed and comforted me sufficiently to make sure I was at ease with what was happening. Jetpets arranged the transport of our dog Sonny from Brisbane to London. The process was seamless and the team guided us through each step. Chloe was easily contactable and answered all queries promptly. The little updates we received about how our stranger nervous dog was going before departure really provided some comfort that he was going to be OK. He arrived safe and sound and is now settling in well to his new home.
