Let Jetpets take the hassle out of pet travel by picking up your pet from your home in our air-conditioned and specially fitted pet shuttle. With the ‘door to airport’ option:

  • Your Pet Travel Consultant books your pet on the most direct flights, and provides you with a comprehensive itinerary.
  • Our specially fitted and air-conditioned Pet Shuttle collects your pet from your home and transports them to the JetPets Transit Lounge.
  • In the Transit Lounge, the JetPets Vet gives them a quick check-up to ensure they’re fit to travel
  • Your Pet Travel Consultant checks their flights are on time, prior to the Pet Shuttle transporting them to the airport and checking them in with the airline.
  • At your destination, your pet is ready for you to collect directly from the airline.
