When your pets are travelling with Jetpets through selected locations such as Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney they may travel via our transit lounges where they will be looked after prior or post their flight – depending on the selected travel itinerary, by our in-house Veterinarians and Pet Handlers.
Our trained teams will ensure that pets can stretch their legs, remain hydrated and cared for during their stay with us and our short-term transit facility keeps them safe and snug in our climate-controlled kennels and cattery for short stays during their travel.
Jetpets provides designated Transit Lounge facilities across Australia to keep your pets relaxed and to offer them some time out of the crate when they are on their way to and from their destination. Our state of the art facilities allow travelling pets (and their fur-parents) to visit when they are checking in for travel, visiting our vets for any treatments and health checks required for their travel.
Our Transit Lounges can accommodate overnight stays where pets have an early morning flight or late arrival from their departure location. Our facilities are air conditioned, climate controlled and in ideal locations near the major airports for comfort stops.
