To comply with airline regulations and ensure the ultimate welfare of your furbaby during their transport, your pet cannot travel with their food. Food can be left at the origin station for pets going into boarding, but NO food is permitted on flights or in their crate. If your pet is travelling via one of our Jetpets Transit Lounges, our qualified team of handlers and vets will ensure your pet is well hydrated and has had a light meal prior to their flight (depending on the duration of stay with us).
