Due to strict airline regulations, no pets are allowed to travel with their collar on or lead or harness inside their crate. For the welfare of your pet, its important that your pet is as safe as possible and doesn’t have anything in their crate that could be a choking hazard.
Your pets lead, harness and collar can travel on the outside of your pet’s crate, where it will be zip-tied to the crate alongside their documentation. Please be aware that occasionally, these types of belongings can get lost or damaged in transit. Jetpets does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of these items.
