POPPY AND MISIO

Hi Zana,
Well it’s been 3 days now and the Puppies are 100% settled into their new home.
I could not in my wildest dreams have imagined how wonderfully well and healthy they would be when they came through the doors of the reception centre; tails wagging, ears up, eyes bright, fur fluffy. I was quite overwhelmed to see them looking so happy and content. They slept non-stop for the first day, but have been out exploring the village and all their new surroundings and are so full of beans.
The staff in the UK was fantastic, and helped round off what was the most incredible experience for me and the Pups. You and all your team at Jet Pets took away all anxiety and fear, and made me feel comforted and reassured every step of the way.
You made me feel that no question was too daft, and no request too little. I really do appreciate the care and support you gave to me, and to the Pups!
Please can you pass on my thanks to everyone at Jet Pets, and especially to Dr Kate for keeping an eye on Misio, and Adam & David for being so helpful with the cages and picking up the correct paperwork!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jet Pets to anyone making this daunting trip, you really were wonderful. Let me know if you get another customer as neurotic as me as I’d be more then happy to speak to them and share my experience if you think it would help…

Just wanted to thank you for your assistance with getting Grace to London... She arrived on time and was really happy to get out of the box.
The service at the reception centre in London was fabulous... anyway grace and I are acclimating to an english way of life..... thanks so much Kylie you handled everything( including my dad!) really professionally....

KES, SATU AND PE

Hi Kylie,
Just to let you know that Kes, Satu and PeeWee all arrived safely in the UK. We hired a car at Luton airport and got to Heathrow after 9am.
PeeWee was the first out at the quarantine station, and seemed somewhat dazed but then recognised us and then there was a lots and lots of licks and cuddles.
Kes and Satu followed and Satu said hello to nearly everyone else first before he saw us and then went berserked! he is still a bit hyper. Kes seemed jetlagged and his coat was looking dull. We think he did not drink enough water whilst on the plane. That's Kes - (not a a big drinker of water) but today his glossy coat has returned.
The journey back to Glasgow was very good as we are having glorious sunshine here at the moment.
A big thankyou to you and all the staff at Jetpets and the Kennel lady who collected our dogs.
