Hi, Melanie finally back at home.

Binky is fine and was very happy to see us all. So sorry for all the communications and changes to plans. My brother in law passed away on the 22nd of April and amy father on the 24th. Too much to handle really and i still am in shock.

Can't thank you enough for taking the worry out of Binky journey back to us as so much else was on my mind. You did a wonderful job of taking care of both her and us.

Please send this message to your staff in Vancouver and in NZ and tell them i would recommend your service in a heartbeat to anyone needing to transfer an animal.

Just a quick email to say thanks i had to have a tear in my eye when i saw my dog because i never thought the moment would happen!!

Hi Erin,

just wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know that Gaby arrived safely on friday night. Her flight was slightly delayed which was just as well as I had trouble finding the complex - they call it SATS cargo, but it's actually the Airfreight Complex and was on the other side of the airport.

Paperwork went smoothly, a little bit of waiting to receive her but otherwise all in order. She had a portuguese water dog puppy to keep her company on the flight and she didn't seem to be too disturbed after the flight.All in all, she's settled nicely into her new home, is adjusting to the weather and we are utterly in love! Thanks so much for your kind help and assistance - I have been really impressed by your standard of service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jetpets to friends considering the same option.

Dear Erin
Thanks for all your help and support with Tibbles, it made me feel much better to know that he was being looked after so well. And the San Francisco office was brilliant, one of the ladies phoned me back a second time to give me an update on Tibbles as apparently he was 'shouting' away wanting attention and more food! She thought I would be pleased to hear that, which I was.
He has settled in beautifully, in fact within an hour of getting into the new house he had already established a snoozing spot and had jumped up on my lap for a cuddle. We don't have a lot of furniture in our new house yet, which I think annoys him, as he is limited as to where he can snooze!
