ARAGORNE

DENMARK to MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

Dear Jason & Sandy,

It is not very often that one has a chance to experience outstanding customer service and support to the degree where it prompts one to take the opportunity to acknowledge it in writing - Danny Burkandt has given me one of these opportunities, thus this brief email to you.

I would like to acknowledge that his constant professional support and high level of customer service was outstanding, especially in co-ordinating the many different parties involved in getting our dog out of Denmark over the long five months it took to finalise this relocation.

He provided a level of comfort not just to me but to all key contacts when things looked difficult and drawn out - and as a result, I know that your company received some positive reviews from the Danish Vet Clinic involved - they commented that ‘Jetpet was professional and easier to work with than other pet relocation companies’.

This is fantastic work by Danny on behalf of Jetpet and I thank him once again for his support.
Any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kindest regards, Angela

ALABAR

PERTH to PARIS, FRANCE

Hi Emily

Just thought I would give you a video update on Abalar the whippet pup you so kindly organised to get from Perth to Paris. She was very well taken care of and a little nervous on arrival but it was a long time and she was only a baby.

By the way the customs duty in France at the other end is about 60 ish Euro. Unless you are importing a pedigree or race dog .. but all that has to be stated is that it is your pet.

Abalar loves it here and is having a great time at the lake next to our house. Bosco (the dog that Kylie organised the year before to come) has a lot of patience with her. The weather is beautiful here at the moment and from what I hear it is rather cold home in Perth. But the same applies for when its hot with you guys its cold here.

Anyway hope you enjoy the video ... she really is doing well.

GIZMO

MILDURA to SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA

Hi Josh,
Just wanted to say a big thank you from myself, my husband and my daughter for the organization of the transport of our dog Gizmo from Mildura to Sydney.
Gizmo arrived at Sydney airport on Friday night very relaxed and seemingly unfazed by the large amount of travel he had just undertaken.
Our dealings with you and your colleagues were so simple and stress free and we will have no hesitation in recommending your services to our family and friends
Thanks again Vanessa

STAR

MELBOURNE to LOS ANGELES, USA

Dear Erin,
Thanks so much for writing, and yes, a pity I missed the chance to say thanks face to face. I'm sure that, for you, it's all a natural part of your day's work, but OMG, from what Hayley and Skye tell me of the reunion, it was outa control, and there are plenty of reasons for you to be deeply satisfied that, even though it's your job, you did your job with efficiency, commitment, friendliness, focus, enthusiasm and downright JOY!!!!
All qualities not lost on people who care about making the world a better place.
Erin McLeish does wonders!!!!! Erin McLeish makes a bloody difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
