Chloe and the team at Jetpets were fabulous. They made the complex problem of moving our cat and dog to the United Arab Emirates a seamless process. They made all the bureaucracy simple for us, booked the flight, picked up our pets from our door in Sydney and delivered them to our door in Dubai, and sent updates along the way. What also struck me was that they all seemed to be pet-people. No one seemed to be just doing a job! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Bear

The process to relocate Bear from the UK to Melbourne took over 6 months. Jetpets provided an excellent service throughout, guiding us through the steps, reminding us of the vets appointments and paperwork to complete to get the import permit. Gillian, Jordi and the team were very supportive and kind, making us feel fully accompanied throughout the relocation and Bear's travel.
