They arrived safe and sound and healthy and happy although like us i think they be suffering a little jetlag. Anyway, thankyou again for your kindness, I would be only too happy to recommend your services to anyone.

Hi Laura,

Thank you so much for everything. We picked up our boy last night.His flight was delayed by about an hour but eventually he landed and once we had been to biosecurity and customs we got him out of the cage and took him home.

He was so placid after his flight that biosecurity had him out and were playing with him. He must have had a realy good flight, he seems totally unfazed about all the travelling he has done and is still exactly the same dog we left behind a few weeks ago, he's just grown heaps bigger and taller. He's happily exploring his new home right now.

Brooke and I wish to thank everyone concerned for the professional, friendly and competent manner in which you handled transporting our dogs Tim and Fred from Perth, Australia to Detroit, USA.

The dogs arrived in a great frame of mind and in excellent condition - you'd think they'd only been for a walk round the block.

Thanks for the follow up. Yes, the documents arrived, finally. I was able to hand the originals to the Vet on duty so that the customs people now have official record of the dogs having arrived here. So all is well.

I can’t imagine there is anything else that we need to bother you with now, the dogs are settling in very well to their new home. Both are loving the sunshine and the wide open spaces.

I just want to therefore write and send on my wholehearted thanks for all the tireless work and effort that you put in to make sure that both Oscar and Maxine left Australia and arrived in Dubai safely. From the moment we were in contact with you, you never hesitated to answer every question we threw at you, no matter how trivial it was. The information you sent, the constant updating you gave us and the personal touch you added at every step of the way was unsurpassed.

As you have no doubt, dealing with owners and their pets is always a precious situation, and not for one moment were we in any doubt that the process was not being handled in a professional and personal manner.

Thanks to you, we will not hesitate to use Jet Pets again in the future and will certainly recommend yourself and the company to our friends!

I just want to drop you a quick line to advise you that Manita arrived yesterday home. She arrived in good health and spirits.

I also want to thank you for your help throughout the entire process and keeping us informed of all progress. In addition, I would like to point out the exceptionally good service provided by the local agent, who exceeded all our expectations in terms of keeping us informed of all progress in the airport and ensuring a speedy processing of Manita through local customs, who have been in strike for some time and are delaying all processing of goods and animals. Without their endeavours it is likely that Manita would still be sitting in customs (our container has been sitting in customs unprocessed for a week).
