MIKAN
Hi, Erin
It has been 2 weeks since Mikan arrived her new house in Hong Kong. I just want to say thanks to Jetpets for taking a great care of Mikan. She was so scared and stressed in the first few days, but she is perfectly relaxed now.
Thanks to you and Jetpets, and I am sure to ask Jetpets again in the future.

Hi Jessica,
Sorry it has taken me so long to make contact but haven't had internet until a few days ago. I would just like to say thankyou for making sure Tai got to us here. He was a little subdued when he first got off the plane but once he saw us (and smelt) his whole body started wagging!!!
He has settled here in Laos really well and it is fantastic to have the whole family together again. I hope he was good for you guys at that end...he can be a bit cheeky sometimes!!

Dear Laura,
Our new Devon Rex kitten has arrived safe and sound - she's so cute! Using Jet Pets made the import process so easy and we cannot thank you enough for all your emails, guidance and reassurance from start to finish.
We have a happy, healthy little feline addition to our family.

Well the boys arrived safe on Friday night.. actually close to Saturday morning as it was about midnight when they arrived. I would like to thank you very much for a fantastic service you have given us from the first contact with you until then last contact with the rep who delivered the boys from Mitchville Kennels.
The boys took about 24 hours to settle in but they are now enjoying the fact they get walked several times a day due to 'toileting' !!!! I have attached a couple of pics for you. Cody is the Ruby & Billy is the chubby Tricolour.
