ARIZONA AND DIEG

PERTH to WASHINGTON D C, USA

Hi Rhiannon,

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for everything that you did for our family to ensure the safe transportation of our two bull mastiffs, Arizona and Diego. This was a very stressful and anixous time for us for our dogs to make to long trip from Melbourne to Washington DC.

The end result was the safe and uneventful delivery of our 7 year old "puppies" after a long 2 day adventure. They were so excited to see us and the same can be said for the human members of the family as well.

Thank you for being patient with me with all of the questions that I kept asking, you certainly put my mind at ease. I especially enjoyed the phone call from San Francisco to let us know that Arizona and Diego had arrived in the US and they were fine, happy and were adjusting well. This short (1 minute) phone call reassured me that everything would be OK.

The dogs have been back at our house (5 acres in the woods), for a little over 2 hours an

FITTLER

SYDNEY to OSLO, NORWAY

Hi Emily

I would like to thank you for the great help and excellent service you and jetpets provided when my dog travelled from Sydney to Norway. Every time I had any questions and sent you an email I got good answeres straight away. Before choosing jetpets, I was looking into other companies as well, but soon relised that jetpets provided the best (and quickest) service. I would definitively recommend jetpets to anyone who are considering taking their animals overseas. My dog was very happy to see me at the airport, and I'm glad to see that the long travel seems to be forgotten already the day after.

Thanks again Emily! Kjersti

Louie

MELBOURNE to Muscat, Oman, mideast

Dear Angus and Emily

Firstly I am sorry that this email has taken so long to write but I have only just got internet access. I would like to thank you both for the wonderful job that you did in getting Louie to Oman safely for us, I cannot tell you how relieved I was to see him when he arrived at this end, must admit theat I shed a few tears of joy. Anyway things are going well and Louie is adjusting to his new life style very nicely.

Secondly I would also like to thank you for passing on our details to Daniel and Nicky Quick who also came over to Oman at the same time as us with a Rhodesian Ridgeback called Louba, they are also settling in well and so is Louba. Because of your initial contact with them, they contacted us once we arrived in Oman and believe it or not both men work for the same department and company and us wives have become great friends with children going to the same school in the same year, to thanks to you we met earlier than we would have and it has helped both of us tremendously to have that contact.

Wishing you all the very best in the future and a million thanks once again for everything.

Kind Regards Mandy Hendry

NESS

SYDNEY to LONDON, UK

Hi Laura

Thank you for taking great care of Ness during her trip over to the UK. She arrived at Heathrow last Wednesday tired but surprisingly in very bouncey form. At first, I worried that she would not recognise me - i need not have been concerned as there was no mistaking her excitement. Wow it was such a special reunion.

Attached is a picture of Ness in her back yard last Friday. Despite the cold weather, she ran straight into the pond after a stick and is enjoying discovering the English wildlife - squirrels are scarpering left right and centre and our family have all fallen in love with her personality.

I wanted to write to say how much it meant to know that she has had been looked after during her journey. Thank you again.

Kind regards Kate and Ness xxxxxxxxxxx
