I was so worried about the process of moving my cat Lune from Melbourne, Australia to Washington DC in the US (especially during COVID) and I'm so glad I went with Jetpets. They were informative, knowledgeable and ensured me that Lune will be looked after when he's not in my care. The Jetpets portal was easy to use, and the whole process (from the quote, to the vet check, and required vaccinations was smooth). Even with the extra few days that it Lune to arrive in DC due to flight changes, Rachael from Jetpets stayed in communication with me and ensured that Lune arrived safely in DC. Very thankful that he's over the flying and home with me now.

They made what was a super stressful experience really easy and the whole process was very reassuring. There was always a timely response to my queries and when plans needed to be changed and I really appreciated the updates on the day of his flight, it was lovely to get his pre-flight report card. My first experience with JetPets and I cannot compliment them enough for providing such exquisite services. I relocated interstate and my cats had their first flight from BNE to NSW this week. From the first minute of engaging with JetPets, the process was flawless. Yes it is a little pricey compared to some other businesses, but I can completely understand why - JetPets gets your furbabies to you in comfort. Montanah was assigned to my case and she is just the loveliest person. Cannot thank her enough for all her help. Josh,who delivered the cats was equally kind and professional. Thank you JetPets! Easily 5 stars from me!

Moved senior much loved cat from Armidale to Hobart ready for long delayed visit home. First time on a plane for our mature precious cargo - Domino. Advice, guidance and duty of care featured as part of the process of booking, confirming travel and transporting our beloved feline in the middle of a raging pandemic - shout out here for Hanna and her colleagues, It may sound trite, but the updates and pictures delivered through each part of the trip were re-assuring and settled the anxious nerves of the humans. This mixed species family are all home safe and well - thank you Jet pets.

Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience for a dog moving from Australia to the US. Every date and time JetPets said they would drop something by or pick our dog up, they showed up on time and prompt. Their customer service was second to none in terms of getting information from quote until after she arrived at home. Honestly, we were rather nervous to send our dog but even when flights got cancelled on the way, JetPets always responded with a confident answer. Couldn't recommend enough.
